Free-to-play action-RPG The First Descendant is out now for Xbox, and players are able to claim a reward as part of a developer apology for launch issues.

Its launch wasn't entirely without problems, however, and Nexon has apologized for The First Descendant's launch issues and is handing out compensation in the form of in-game rewards. We will continue to strive to provide a more stable service,' Nexon says. The issues so far seem to range from frustration with the game's microtransactions to frame rate problems, and Nexon has been keeping track of known issues and will be updating the list. In the meantime, in-game rewards are available and will arrive in your mailbox if you login before July 7, although these compensations will apparently 'expire' on July 14 and need to be claimed before then.
