Partner effectively with internal P&C groups and enterprise-wide stakeholders to provide strategic support on mutually aligned objectives. Assist Director with requirements for inclusive frameworks and tools to support cross-functional stakeholders and initiatives from an EDI and wellbeing lens, i.e., recruitment, performance management, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits and employee on-and-offboarding.
