If you own a Nintendo Switch and have been hankering for some quasi-2D turn-based RPG action that would make parchment-thinI’m talking about the old Switch, the one currently gasping for air in the dusty hardware department, not the very anticipated Switch 2, naturally. On an interesting note, dataminers have apparently, which could potentially point to the Switch successor’s backward compatibility, or a future Switch 2 port, or general 4K hardware capabilities or... absolute nothing at all.
Whether or not the remake is secretly referencing upcoming Switch 2 features, it seems to stand as a great game regardless, as evidenced by the recent reviews, which Iis seriously funny and filled with witty writing that will make you wonder why Nintendo isn’t still pumping out scripts with just as much heart, humor and laugh-out-loud one-liners. Combat is a blast, too.I’ve yet to play the remake, but I did genuinely enjoy the 2004 GameCube original.
