Fandom Con, one of Northern Ireland's first-ever gaming conventions specifically designed for and organised by individuals with autism and neurodiverse conditions, is set to return on 25th May

Northern Ireland's premier gaming convention returns this year for its second iteration on Saturday 25th May.

The convention's success last year led to a heightened demand and a larger venue. Organised by NOW Group participants, Fandom Con offers a supportive and inclusive environment for attendees to celebrate their love for gaming.Read more: See inside Oxfam's brand new NI superstore complete with designer brands

The idea for the convention was born out of Fandom, a social forum initially established by NOW Group. This social enterprise supports individuals across Ireland with learning difficulties and autism, helping them secure jobs with a future. "This year's event will create an exciting space where individuals with autism, neurodiversity, and additional needs, can come together to connect and celebrate their passion and enthusiasm for gaming."
