Microsoft has rolled out new features for its handheld-style compact Xbox app on PC, which are currently being tested by Xbox Insiders.

Last year, Microsoft launched a Compact Mode for the Xbox app on PC, which offers a better experience for players accessing the Xbox platform on smaller screens. Now, Xbox Insiders are testing new features for the handheld-style Xbox app on PC. New Compact Mode features being tested for the Xbox app on PC https://www.trueachievements.com/customimages/148785.

Much like the main PC app and on your Xbox console, the Compact Mode is getting a 'Jump back in' feature, which shows the last nine games you played on your home screen so you can continue playing immediately. When you click on the game you'll be taken straight to its game hub where you can begin playing without much hassle — alternatively, right-clicking or hitting the menu button will give you an option to launch straight into the game.
