Dragon's Dogma II is Capcom's newest title and a foray into a fantasy open world. With the similarities in setting to Baldur's Gate 3, a crossover between the two would fit, stylistically. Although a stretch, DD2 features The Rift, a realm between worlds that connects different Arisen. Technically speaking, this means that there is multiversal travel in Dragon's Dogma and this could be used to explain a potential crossover should the developers feel the need to justify it.
With Baldur's Gate 3's preorder bonus, including cosmetics and bard songs from Original Sin II, there has technically already been a crossover between the two, but more can be done here. Sir Lora could be a pet roaming the camp in BG3, or maybe Malady's armor could be a quest reward. Some enemies from Divinity could even feature, like the Leviathan, testing if Tav and the party are a match for the mighty Godwoken.
