Pentiment and Grounded are the first Xbox exclusives confirmed for Nintendo Switch

Update: Microsoft has now confirmed Grounded and Pentiment for PlayStation consoles. Pentiment will also be available to purchase on PS4 and PS5 starting February 22. Grounded is coming to PS4 and PS5 on April 15, with crossplay supported between all platforms.
