Microsoft targeted a 73 percent growth rate for Game Pass for its fiscal year ending 30th June 2022. Instead, it managed just 28 percent growth.
The previous fiscal year had a target of 48 percent growth, but instead the company managed 38 percent. That followed an over-achievement the year before. Axios reports the target was tied to performance incentives for Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and other top executives.
Well to be fair.. we have had no real AAA forst party bangers from them. So its expected.
No major exclusives and the whole library is on PC. Not much to bother with for a PC owner.

Actually it didn’t miss anything. Targets are always above expectations to push assets and efforts. Not by chance it archieved 28%, what is remarkable in every market, specially those without new products (like delayed first party).
The beginning of the end for game pass
good. once they hit their targets they will shaft the subscribers.
Some people love to pay full price for games! Anyone with an xbox and a few brain cells has gamepass already.
