I think every country needs to impose this rule. Mainly parents should not give mobile phones in their children hands.. we dint need them, then y do they need it? Parents should be eductaed about screen time & the dangerous of letting children use internet or games

I would have gone with 6. Video game addiction is very real. When I first got my computer having wanted one from the time I read about them I turned it off on the most boring day of the week to know I could.
And only in China could something like this actually be enforced
