Two men charged over 'fake delivery burglary where 11-year-old boy was shot'

TWO men have been charged over an alleged fake delivery burglary on a house where an 11-year-old boy was shot.

The boy, who suffered life-changing injuries, had been playing a video game when he was said to be attacked in his family’s house in Upminster, East London, last Friday.Antony Lascelles, 32 has now been charged with aggravated burglary, possession of an offensive weapon and disqualified driving.Both are due to appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court today.The gang then allegedly rushed in to the £500,000 property - slashing his head and shouting for the security box.

A 16-year-old schoolboy and another teen, 18, were quizzed by detectives over the shocking attack. The youngest was bailed while the older suspect was released without charge.
