No new Switch model this year, says Nintendo

JAPANESE gaming giant Nintendo today said there will be no new model of its hot-selling Switch console this year, dashing the hopes of fans eager for a fresh version. “We have no plans to launch a new Nintendo Switch model in 2020,” president Shuntaro Furukawa told a briefing in Tokyo.
